The exciting regatta "Rolex Circuito Atlántico Sur" will start at 12:00 next Sunday from the North Dock of the Port of Buenos Aires. This event is one of the most prestigious sailing competitions in the world and will feature the participation of 75 teams from Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, and Ecuador. The sailboats will have to cover a total of 167 nautical miles, equivalent to about 310 kilometers, on the route from Buenos Aires to Punta del Este, Uruguay. The competition will take place from January 26 to February 3.
In Punta del Este, different categories of sailboats will participate in local races such as Barlovento-Sotavento, Circuito La Barra, and Vuelta a la Isla Gorriti. A total of 500 crew members will be distributed among 40 Argentine boats, 27 Uruguayan, 7 Brazilian, and 1 Ecuadorian. The Awards Ceremony will take place on Monday, February 3 at the Yacht Club Punta del Este.
The Udaondo project has decided to support the sailboat Storm 23 "Rengo", which will compete in the ORC Sportboat category of the Rolex Circuito Atlántico Sur 2025, co-organized by the Yacht Club Argentino and the Yacht Club Punta del Este. "Rengo" is known for its excellent performance in sailing competitions and joins this edition after excelling in PHRF races and being the champion of its series in the recent Argentine Championship.
From Udaondo, they expressed their pride in supporting "Rengo" in this challenge, mentioning that it is a symbol of values to which they also adhere. For Udaondo, this foray into the nautical field represents a strategic way to bring their vision closer to an audience that values quality, design, and experience, which are fundamental pillars of their real estate project located in the northern corridor of the city of Buenos Aires. This participation gives them the opportunity to project their values in an environment where excellence, commitment, and personal improvement are essential.
